Kubeflow-Pipelines-Apiserver is the central control plane component that manages the Kubeflow Pipelines REST API and orchestrates machine learning workflow execution on Kubernetes. It handles pipeline definitions, experiment management, run scheduling, and persists metadata to a backend database while coordinating with the Kubernetes API server to deploy pipeline steps as containerized workloads. The API server provides the interface through which clients submit, monitor, and manage ML pipeline executions.
