Cluster-API-IPAM-Provider-In-Cluster is an IPAM (IP Address Management) provider implementation for Cluster API that manages IP address allocation directly within the cluster. It handles IP pool management and address assignment for workloads without requiring external IPAM infrastructure or controllers. The provider enables self-contained networking configuration by storing and reconciling IP allocation state as Kubernetes custom resources.
